Dikson - Meches Toner - Vivid Red

No-Ammonia cream toner is ideal for pre-lightened or previously processed hair. Meches toner offers protective conditioning action in 3-5 minutes. Mix 30 ml of Meches Toner with 60 ml of Dikson Meches developer.

Apply to dry towel hair and allow for processing for 3-5 minutes, depending on the desired intensity of the shade.
